AWESOME

It’s time to slay the music, it’s time to fright the frights, it’s time to scare The Muppets in their spooky special, right?
It’s time to pay the cameos, it’s time to cross promote, its time to see if this Halloween show might hit a few bum notes…

Get ready to meet the 999 grim, grinning ghosts and then let them possess your socks! That’s how muppets get made right? Or maybe that’s just how Disney make their Halloween specials?

Dion, Jill and the walking collection of Muppets squished into a human form known as “Quinny” are your ghosts with the most for this enthusiastic roasting of an underwhelming spook-fest. Enter at your own risk!

A huge shout-out to the somewhat less than 999 re-animated sprites and poltergeists who join in with our moderated live-chat during the Twitch stream, each Tuesday night at 7:30pm AEDT. An especially huge thanks to those who have decided to burn some ghost money too! Both us and the ancestors appreciate the financial boost! Thanks for supporting us directly via our Ko-Fi jar and now also by subscribing on Twitch! You ALL rock!

If you like what we do, drop us a sub!  Every bit of your support helps us to (hopefully) keep entertaining you!

Don’t fret if you can’t be there for the recording though as you can catch them on Youtube usually later that very night. Make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss them!

The ghosts may be grinning but this is a bit grim.
A special that felt like it was cobbled together from a bunch of unrelated set-pieces all filmed on green-screen. A confused mess that probably played a lot better to fans of the attraction, rather than fans of The Muppets.

Muppets
Its Muppets; there's a gentle warmth to the humour that comes with the territory.
Some of the classic Muppet set-ups work well. The waltzing funnies along with Bunsen and Beaker are fun.
There are a couple of cute little jump-scares... oh and the SCREAMING GOAT!
Nuppets
Its a mess. It feels like a hundred layers of composites stitched together onto a barely cohesive plot.
Most of the cameos are so short as to be blink and you'll miss them... But some go on for EVER....
This feels like a marketing cross-promotion more than any kind of story told with love or care.
