X-Men ‘97
Nearly 30 years after it’s exit from our screens, we return to the world of X-Men the Animated Series, but instead of rebooting or re-imagining, we’re jumping back in to the very next season of this beloved show. Xavier is dead, the world has changed and old enemies are now to become new allies. All in almost the exact same animation style from so long ago! Its mutant power is nostalgia, and hot damn it’s an omega level threat!
Dion and Jill are leading the X-men in the field, while Quinny is sitting in the chair rubbing his bald temple. Peta is one of the innocent human bystanders we all swear to protect.
A band of mutants use their uncanny gifts to protect a world that hates and fears them; they’re challenged like never before, forced to face a dangerous and unexpected new future.
