A massively misguided effort that misses pretty much every mark.
A confused and ill advised show that somehow manages to completely alienate the fans of the original books while, at the same time, not doing anything original or interesting enough to win over new viewers. An impressive feat.

Some of the characters almost look like they are described in the books.
The cyberpunk setting is visually interesting.
It attempts to be representative in some of it's casting.
Most of the characters are wrong to the core however and Lady Sybill is unforgivable.
Steam-punk would have made more sense for these stories. This is idiot-punk.
Often the casting feels tokenistic and inappropriate, whereas adherence to the source material would not have,
It’s a full watch-house for this podcast with Bec and Quinny displaying their Discworld lore (law?) chops while Peta, Jill and Dion provide a fresh set of eyes on this divisive adaptation, currently available in Australia on Stan.
